PLUMBING, HVAC, AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Very grateful to have found Austin and his team! We’ve had some gas/hot water heater issues this week and they have been extremely helpful, quick to respond and very knowledgeable helping us determine the next best steps for us given a few various needs and repairs ahead!

Only took them 2 1/2 minutes to locate the problem! The other guy was in my basement for over an hour, only to emerge with a bogus photo of a supposed hole in my furnace. I will use Griffith to start out with in the future! I found a gem!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Super responsive, thorough and on top of things, and made us feel like a priority. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I don’t think I’ve ever given out perfect reviews. However Team Griffith earned it & deserves it. These guys worked their rear ends off. Excellent communication & price/work explanation. They’ll be my FIRST choice in for future help.

I reached out to Griffith hoping for same day service which was available. Austin was in great communication for scheduling service, the service window, and his team represented him well. They diagnosed the issue, made repair recommendations and keep me updated during the service call. Every touch point was professional and my HVAC was serviced and repaired efficiently. Glad to find them in the area and happy to recommend them as well. Easy to do business with!

Phenomenal company that goes above and beyond. Our family genuinely appreciates their vast array of skills, rapid response, expertise & professionalism. Honest and hard workers. We had multiple issues and in a matter of days we had two different people out to the house to take care of everything. They are fast and professional and do excellent work!!! I forgot to take pictures but we had issues ranging from leaking pipes, to stuff stuck in our drain (kids), electrical outlet issues, post-fire check of electrical in addition to the install of a dishwasher. We’ve also had HVAC repair and well services. Everything is always top notch and the best possible work you can get. We will continue to use their services!

We’ve HVAC maintenance done (thankfully) and greatly appreciate the care and effort to ensure our system could stand up to the heat. They came out & did a full checkup & preventative maintenance on our system & stopped an emergency before it would’ve ultimately occurred. Greatly appreciate their consistency & efficiency. Austin and his team are extremely hard workers & are always prepared for the situation. They’re willing to explain and provide recommendations & solid solutions to complex issues. Truly thankful for this company.

You know what sucks? Having your AC go out at 6pm on a hot summer night. Sure, you can call those "we're open 24 hours" companies, or you can call Griffith Plumbing, Heating and Cooling & Electrical and be AMAZED at how quickly they not only call you back, but they show up the next morning and get your AC blowing cold again. Thank you a billion times for coming so quickly! Writing up my list of what I want y'all to do next. 🙂

Austin and staff were excellent. Easy to work with, reasonable and great work!

Highly recommend!!

Griffith Plumbing showed up the SAME day both times to resolve our issue.
Friendly, professional and helpful in making the repairs happen. Highly recommend and will be using again for our next “adventure “!

Austin and his team came out the same day I called them when I was having issues with my ac. They diagnosed the issue and were able to get the parts and get us fixed up the next morning! They were professional, friendly and the pricing was fair and affordable. We really liked that they are a local, family owned company. They went above and beyond to get us relief. Can't recommend them enough!
